Bonsai is a stategic tile placement game where you will be growing your very own bonsai tree to meet objectives and score points. On a players turn they will have a choice of one of two actions, Meditate or Cultivate. The Meditate action allows you take 1 card from the central board along with the corresponding tiles from the supply, while the Cultivate action allows you to place the tiles you have collected into your personal supply upto the number of symbols depicted on your Seishi tile. Then once you have completed one of these two actions you will check to see if you have successfully completed one of the goals that is in play. Each turn you may only claim one tile per colour. The game ends when the last card from the deck of zen cards is revealed, each player will resolve one final turn and then they will move onto scoring.
