Enter the ancient realm of Crete with its sun drenched shores and labyrinthine corridors of Knossos. It is here the fate of the Minoan civilization is yet to be determined. As a member of the four Minoan clans your destiny calls you to vie for the title of Minos, the leader of your people.
 
Minos: Dawn of the Bronze Age is a strategy board game about building a civilization. In the game you take on the role of a Minoan clan leader in charge of the first European civization. You will build cities, monuments and other structure. Open up trade routes to buy and sell goods as well as expand and fight off outsiders of your land. You will need to plan your action with your clan council and then do your research and issue decress so actions become more powerful than your opponents. Though you must work quickly as you only have 4 rounds to prove your worthy of the prestigious Minos title.

Over the course of the game you will be drafting dice and then assigning them to actions on the programming. The values on the dice offer different possibilies with lower values securing stronger actions while higher value dice help you climb up the tracks unlocking new benefits. During the action phase dice are activated highest to lowest performing each of the pre-planned  actions.The actions you can choose will be heavily impacted by the cards in your tableau as well as these cards not only have an instant effect when played they also have rewards that trigger when specific actions are performed or when a dice of a certain value is used. You will also receive victory points twice in the game for your civilization progress in the region.
